How long does it take for Banner access to be granted after FERPA acceptance?

How do I request an Oracle Banner account to be unlocked and/or request a temporary password?
You can send an email request to unlock or reset your password (include your NetID) to sis.support@yale.edu.
Whom do I contact if my responsibilities change?
Please contact sis.support@yale.edu to request changes to your access privileges or to disable your Banner account.
