General Banner training inquiries should be directed to the University Registrar’s Office at The University Registrar’s Office will provide one-on-one or small group training for Banner users on basic system features and functionality. Training is scheduled on an as-needed basis at the availability of the user and trainer.

Banner training for specific business processes should be conducted by the employee’s office, department, or administrative unit.
