Banner maintenance June 1 and June 2

Note: Oracle Reports and SSH.com utility users potentially impacted.
Banner server maintenance was performed on June 1 from 8AM to 9AM and June 2 from 8AM to Noon. The impact after these migrations should be minimal to most users, but some users might noticed the two items below.
Oracle Reports Users
There was a change to the Oracle Reports URL which may impact some users. Sometimes reports had one or both of these elements, and sometimes they had neither.
If /ylreports/ or the port number :443 are in the URL, the report will not work.
The URL simply needs to be changed to /reports/ and/or port :4443 for the report to display
For example, if the report begins like the following:
https://www.sis.yale.edu:443/ylreports/
Change to:
https://www.sis.yale.edu:4443/reports/
Pauley Operating System Users
For the very few select users who connect the to server named Pauley using the tool SSH.com to get output files, or put data files, will need to switch from SSH.com utility to PuTTY and WinSCP. You can contact your DSP for assistance installing and configuring these tools. You can also contact us to request documentation to do this yourself.
